You can arrange a visit with one of the many tour operators in Chile, I think they have visits every day.
Chuqicamata is close to San Pedro de Atacama, a very touristic village (Calama is not very interesting) so you can arrange a trip flying to Santiago and then flying to Antofagasta where you can go by land to San Pedro.
In San Pedro you will find many offers of visits to the mine.
If you can’t arrange all this from where you are, you can do it from Santiago, it is a very common destiny for tourists.
I just stayed in San Pedro de Atacama & organised the tour from here, which was cheap. Make sure you visit the valley of the moon as well. I walked out there which took a whole day but not advisable unless you are fit.
