Although its not really "close" to a bank, it has something very useful... Its called the "Coal Trucks": located north west of Seers Village. There are TONS of coal rocks there...and I mean it...a lot of 'em. Now the advantage of this is that you are right next to a bunch of mining carts, (like the ones in mines that are in underground.) You can store up to 120 coal ore in these carts! Then, once you filled them up, you can go to Seers Village and go in the building that the mine cart tracks lead to. Go slightly north-east of Yanille and there should be a place with a bunch of rocks. It's a great place for mining and it's about a 15 second walk from the east Yanille bank. Hope that helps!
