Pebble stone is a natural surface stone and tends to provide the best option to customers when it comes to enhance interior décor. These stones are widely found in Indonesia. Here, they are hand picked.

Once you decide on using pebble stones to you interior décor, you need to follow certain instructions related to installation. Remember that these stones can be utilized in several types of installation. The stones are apt for both commercial as well as residential applications. Residential installations include pools, pool decks, patios, fountains, landscaping, fountains, water features, kitchen backsplashes, flooring, powder room floors, shower floors, bath and powder room floors, entryway, fire places and barbeque areas. Commercial applications include the following:

a)	Flooring

b)	Feature walls

c)	Bar surfaces

d)	Walkways

e)	Restaurants

f)	Medical facilities

g)	Public parks

h)	Corporate offices

Here are some guidelines you need to follow when installing pebble tile. The materials required include the following:

a)	3/8” notched trowel

b)	Thin set mortar

c)	Stone sealer or stone impregnator

d)	Sanded grout

e)	Stiff bristled brush

f)	Damp sponge

Make sure that the area of application is flat, clean and force of any possible contaminants. You need to use reinforced waterproof membrane. You should at least have a minimum fall of two inches when pitching a floor to a drain.

Here are some important steps you need to follow when installing pebble stone:

Surface preparation:

This is the most significant step towards the installation of pebble stone. All substrates must be fixed firmly. They should also be extremely clean, dry and free of any foreign particles. The deflection should not exceed more than 1/360th of the span for floors as well as walls. You should give at least twenty eight days for the concrete substrates and the mortar in bricks to cure. Roughening of the painted surfaces is important. You should use sand paper or wire brush for this purpose. Do not use water based paints for tiling. Before over tiling already tiled surfaces, you should firmly fix and roughen them. Use reinforced waterproof membranes for wet surfaces.

a)	First of all, you need to apply thin set mortar to the area you decide to install with trowel. Do not use more than 3 SF at a time.

b)	Now place the tiles on mortar in interlocking pattern and tap down into place lightly.

c)	Always seal the tile with stone impregnator. You can also apply color and shine enhancers if required.

d)	Let the impregnator dry completely and naturally. Leave it overnight.

e)	Now apply a sanded grout on 2×2 ft. sections at a time until the entire area is covered.

f)	Allow the area to dry for at least thirty minutes.

g)	You must use a stiff bristled brush to remove excess grout.

h)	You need to sponge off grout until you get the desired look.

i)	Seal tiles for the last time once the grout dries completely.

You can expect successful pebble stone tile installation via following the guidelines mentioned above.

If you are looking for the right equipment to start printing your own plastic cards, consider the Evolis Pebble4. This model is a single sided, full color unit that can handle bulk runs for midsized businesses while still offering a price point that is within reach for smaller operations. Customers looking for a desktop unit with some style will appreciate the custom colors available for the upper casing of this printer. The manufacturer has three vibrant options to choose from: Ocean Blue, Jungle Green, and the popular Fire Red. These semi-transparent covers offer a glimpse into the inner workings of the equipment.

The Evolis Pebble card printer provides excellent image quality for photo IDs. Dye sublimation and thermal resin ink combined with 300 dpi definition create clear images so that faces are easily recognizable. The 30 mil PVC cards accepted by this model are the perfect thickness to create durable identification badges. ABS cardstock can also be used in conjunction with specialty wax ribbons for applications that require alternative materials.

A detachable input hopper holds 100 cards for large batch processing. This is an ideal option for mass customization. However, many businesses also purchase a manual feeder to deliver personalized reward cards to customers at the point of sale. Either way, the Pebble4 provides quick and easy production with speeds for full color card printing of up to 150 units per hour. For monochrome jobs, this rate jumps to 1,000 cards per hour. Single color printing makes use of ribbon saving technology that conserves supplies, so users save money as well as time.

For more advanced card enrollment solutions, there are a number of encoding options available. These include magnetic stripe, contact, and contactless modules. The mag stripe option is the least expensive and can provide basic functionality for access control, time and attendance, and gift card transactions. This makes it a versatile answer for many companies that need to provide for the needs of both customers and employees. At the higher end of the scale, the Evolis Pebble 4 provides compatibility with the latest ISO 14443 and ISO 15693 for smart card programming. Clients who need more secure access for data handling, facilities monitoring, and financial transactions turn to options such as HID iClass and Mifare. Such modules encode smart chip devices that meet strict encryption requirements.

This printer model comes supplied with eMedia card designing software at no extra charge. The eMedia product is designed for easy set up and intuitive use. Badges can quickly be created using existing templates, and data can be imported from programs such as Excel. The machines produced by this manufacturer are compatible with Windows, Linux, and Mac, making them some of the most flexible units on the market. USB is the standard connection, but Ethernet can be requested for applications that require networking for multiple users. The warranty on this brand of equipment is exceptional (3 years with unlimited passes). This can make any business feel confident in the quality and durability of the Evolis Pebble card printer.

With the immense popularity gained by several natural materials inside kitchens and baths, pebble stones have become the number one choice for several people across the globe when it comes to enhancing the interiors.

When it comes to surfacing material, pebble stone is the most preferred stone. Varieties such as earth toned river rock and polished black quartz are extremely famous among pebble stone lovers. The pebble stones are measured for thickness and thereafter assembled on to mesh blacked 12”x12” sections. These sections are specially prepared to be interlocked so that they possess a natural random look when installed. You can also find a ‘standing stone’ version of these pebble tiles. The tiles have the pebbles standing on end and also attached to mesh backing. These standing stones are available in 4”x12” bricks usually applied to vertical surfaces with the help of mortar.

Pebbles do not require grout for installation. Hence, they provide the appearance of standing stone. These stones make great pieces of décor for interiors as well as exteriors of homes and offices.

If you want to collect natural pebbles, you can find these in Indonesia in abundance. Here, they are hard sorted for flatness, thickness and thereafter joined together individually and bonded on to a mesh backing.

You can easily utilize hand crafted natural pebble stone tile flooring for pools, waterfalls and bathrooms. These are easy to install and you don’t require any professional help. These pebbles are hand sanded individually and put into place. Thereafter, these are shipped from overseas. Several stones are attached to tiles and provided a strong mesh backing. After this process these tiles are smoothed down to create an even surface. This makes the stone ideal to walk on.

There are several reasons to consider pebbles stone as an ideal choice for your interiors. Given below are the features of pebble stone that makes it perfect choice for interior décor.

a)	Attractive:

Pebble stone is known to create an amazing area with a variety of colors, designs and borders available under this category on the market.
