i think a great place to go mining will be barbarian village (west of varrock)

the lumbridge mines.go south of the lumbridge swamps, than go west, keep going west until you find mines. Fastest way to bank is draynor.

You should mine in the desert area, it’s all the way down to the left.

if youre not worried about level 14 or level 32 scorpions then mine coal in the fally underground mines as there is a bank very close by

I dont suggest mining in barbarian village it too far away from a bank and there isnt enough coal rocks there
You could mine in alkharid but the bank is quite far away.

My suggestion . Lummy Swamps. Quiet > relatively close to a bank

I always used the Edgeville mine to mine coal, when my mining wasn’t high enough for the guild. However you’ll need to pass some hobgoblins, but that wouldn’t be much of a problem if you run. There are level 25 skeletons in the area, but I doubt they would be much of a worry to you. Other than that I think it’s worth going to this mine, especially since there are 6 coal rocks.
