I did that so if someone is looking up makeup questions to answer, mine will definitely come up, lol. Anyway, there are so many different mineral makeups out there now. It used to be, when they first came out with it, one name for one mineral makeup. Now there are so many others and knockoffs. I don’t know what to do. Can anyone tell me what was the first line of mineral makeup was called? And, can anyone tell me who came after that or the names and order in which they came out. If that is asking too much, lol, then maybe just the names of all who came after the first line came out. One last question, sorry, which one is the best, price doesn’t matter it’s going to be a gift for my mother.

Bare Minerals from Bare Escentuals is the best hands down. I tried alot of other mineral makeups, but Bare Minerals is all natural and doesnt clog pores. It will do wonders for your mother because it makes woemn look younger and fresher naturally. Sure its big $$ but one thing of the foundation lasts me about 4 months, and i use a generous amount every day. The warmth and mineral veil last way longer than that. Great investment, and a great gift for your mother! good luck. =]

I probably am as old or older than your mother and I have tried Bare Minerals. I found that the foundation made my face itch and it made the lines under my eyes look worse. After doing research I found that if the product contains bismuth oxychloride it is not recommeneded for people with roseacea or acne. This also causes the itching that I had. Look up Everyday Minerals, they offer a sample kit for just shipping. It is good way to try them and if your Mom likes them she can pick out what she wants and you can order them for her. This would be a wonderful gift for any Mom.
